# Cashplus Bank (Zempler Bank)

> Cashplus Bank (legal entity Advanced Payment Solutions Limited, rebranded to Zempler Bank in July 2024) is a UK challenger bank focused on business and personal current accounts, credit cards and payments for SMEs. As an FCA-authorised ASPSP it participates in UK Open Banking under PSD2, publishing OBIE Read/Write v3.1.11 APIs (Account Information, Payment Initiation, Confirmation of Funds) secured with FAPI OAuth2/OIDC, mutual-TLS and PSD2 SCA. It also runs a first-party partner developer platform. Cashplus is not a CMA9 mandated bank and publishes no unauthenticated Open Data surface.
