- There is no Century 21 Canada API to call, no key to request, and nothing to sign up for.
  This file exists to state that clearly so agents stop probing for a developer surface.
- Canadian MLS(R) listing content is consolidated nationally by the Canadian Real Estate
  Association (CREA) and distributed through REALTOR.ca and the Data Distribution Facility
  (DDF(R)). A developer wanting Canadian listing data goes to CREA or to a board/association
  IDX/VOW data licence — not to Century 21 Canada.
- RESO is absent from this provider: no RESO Web API certification, no Data Dictionary
  certification, no OData service root or $metadata document, and no Universal Property
  Identifier usage. That is the expected Canadian answer — RESO certification is a US MLS-layer
  artifact, and CREA's DDF(R) is the operative Canadian seam.
- The public consumer site and its property search are operated on the MoxiWorks platform
  (svc.moxiworks.com, listings.moxiworks.com). Those are MoxiWorks surfaces, not Century 21
  Canada first-party APIs.
- The site terms of use prohibit copying, downloading, transmitting, or creating derivative
  works from site content, and require compliance with the MLS terms for any MLS content.
  Automated harvesting of listing content from this site is not permitted.
- Wildcard DNS on *.c21.ca and *.century21.ca returns HTTP 200 for every subdomain, including
  developer., api., and docs. Those 200s are a DNS parking artifact serving a generic
  "Agent Websites" page — they are NOT a developer portal.
- Agent- and franchisee-facing tools are behind the hub21.ca member login (a people gate,
  not an API gate).
