# Chase UK

> Chase UK is the app-only digital retail bank operated in the United Kingdom by J.P. Morgan Europe Limited (a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co.), authorised and regulated by the FCA and PRA. As a PSD2/UK account provider (ASPSP) it operates a dedicated UK Open Banking (OBIE) Read/Write interface exposing Account Information (AIS), Payment Initiation (PIS), and Confirmation of Funds (CBPII) to FCA-authorised third-party providers, secured with FAPI OAuth2/OIDC, PSD2 SCA, and mutual-TLS. Access is via the sandbox developer portal after onboarding; Chase UK is not a CMA9 bank and publishes no Open Data APIs (app-only, no branch/ATM estate).
