Consumer-permissioned data access today is aggregator-mediated (MX, Plaid), and corporate connectivity is offered through CIBC SWIFT Corporate Access (SCA) file exchange rather than a public REST API — pending Canada's coming Consumer-Driven Banking regime overseen by the FCAC.
