This spec is the shared OBIE Open Data API Standard, not a Co-operative
Bank-specific contract; a live Co-operative Bank Open Data host was not
confirmed. The bank's authenticated OBIE Read/Write AIS/PIS/CBPII surface
is documented at developer.co-operativebank.co.uk (no public spec file).
