> CYGNVS ("CYber GuidaNce Virtual Space") is a Silicon Valley SaaS company that operates an out-of-band command center for cyber crisis preparedness and incident response. The platform runs independently of an organization's corporate infrastructure so response teams can coordinate securely — preserving legal privilege and chain of custody — even when internal systems are compromised. CYGNVS bundles guided playbooks, tabletop exercises, regulated-response execution, and CISO personal-liability insurance underwritten by AIG. Founded 2020 by Arvind Parthasarathi; $55M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) in January 2023. CYGNVS exposes no public developer API.
