      Moldova's national open-data catalog runs a stock CKAN 2.10.4 instance at dataset.gov.md
(site title "Portalul Datelor Deschise"). The package_search endpoint was probed and returned
a valid CKAN JSON response with a count of 1,275 datasets. The key cataloging detail is that
the machine-readable API lives on dataset.gov.md, not the date.gov.md landing portal, whose
/ckan/ and /api/3/ paths all return HTML 404.
    endpoints:

        status: 200
note: Live CKAN response; count=1,275, CKAN 2.10.4.
      - url: https://date.gov.md/
        status: 200
note: Landing portal that links to the dataset.gov.md catalog.
