# Epsagon

> Epsagon was an observability / application performance monitoring (APM) company providing automated distributed tracing for serverless and containerized applications. It was acquired by Cisco in 2021 and the product has since been sunset; the epsagon.com developer surface is offline. The surviving public footprint is the github.com/epsagon organization and the first-party instrumentation SDKs still hosted on the public package registries.

## Status
- Company acquired by Cisco (2021); product sunset.
- epsagon.com and its subdomains (docs, dashboard, api) no longer resolve.
- No live public REST API, developer portal, or OpenAPI is available.
