# Evozyne

> Evozyne is an AI-native protein therapeutics company founded in 2020 by Paragon Biosciences and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It pairs generative machine learning with directed evolution and high-throughput biology to design de novo proteins ("Natural Machines") and advance them as engineered protein therapeutics for immune-mediated diseases.

## Status of the API surface

Evozyne publishes **no public API, developer portal, SDK, webhook surface, or
machine-readable specification**. Probed on 2026-08-12: `/openapi.json`,
`/swagger.json`, `/api-docs`, `/docs`, `/graphql` and every `/.well-known/*`
discovery path on evozyne.com returned 404; `api.evozyne.com`,
`docs.evozyne.com` and `developer.evozyne.com` do not resolve in DNS. The only
machine-readable endpoint on the domain is the default WordPress REST API at
`https://evozyne.com/wp-json/` that serves the marketing site's own content — it
is CMS plumbing, not an Evozyne product API, and is not catalogued as one.

The public GitHub organization github.com/Evozyne holds six repositories, all of
which are forks of third-party projects (PyYAML, NVIDIA NeMo, ecto_range,
azure_ad_openid, jupyterlab-s3-browser, TRACR_RNA). No first-party client library
is published on npm, PyPI, RubyGems or crates.io.
