## What is actually machine-readable

FCA publishes no OpenAPI, no developer portal and no API documentation. It does serve ONE live,
anonymous, machine-readable API — an Esri ArcGIS Server REST surface that is not linked from any
"developers" or "data" page and is discoverable only by probing:

  branch locations with address, city/state/ZIP, county, FIPS.

  institution territory polygons, available as GeoJSON.

Always send `f=json` or `f=geojson`. Without it these endpoints return an HTML page with HTTP 200.
Errors also return HTTP 200 with the real code inside a top-level `error` object. Truncated result
sets are flagged only by `"exceededTransferLimit": true`; the page cap is 1000 rows.
