# Finicity (Mastercard Open Banking, US)

> Finicity, LLC is a Utah-based financial-data aggregator and open-finance platform, acquired by Mastercard in 2020 and now operating as Mastercard Open Banking (US). It provides consumer-permissioned account and transaction aggregation, Verification of Assets/Income/Employment, cash-flow analysis, bank statements, and account validation for ACH payments over the api.finicity.com host. Auth is a two-header API-key model (Finicity-App-Key + a short-lived Finicity-App-Token). A founding FDX participant; FCRA-regulated CRA for its verification reports.
