# Flower

> Flower Labs builds infrastructure for collaborative, decentralized AI. Its flagship open-source framework, Flower (`flwr`), is a friendly, framework-agnostic federated AI framework used to train and fine-tune models on distributed, privacy-sensitive data across organizational boundaries. Flower Intelligence extends this with on-device inference SDKs that hand off to a confidential remote-compute service when needed. Backed by Felicis and Northzone (and Y Combinator).
