/openapi.json, /openapi.yaml, /swagger.json, /api-docs, /docs, /redoc and /graphql on
www.formation.bio and app.formation.bio, plus the /.well-known/ discovery namespace
(security.txt, openid-configuration, oauth-authorization-server, api-catalog,
ai-plugin.json, agent-card.json, agent.json) on every resolvable host, and
api./developers./docs./mcp. subdomains. Nothing was found: the root paths return the
site's HTML not-found shell and the /.well-known/ paths return HTTP 404. No OpenAPI,
