# Foxtons > Foxtons Group plc is a London-focused UK estate agency, founded in 1981 and listed on the London Stock Exchange, running residential sales, lettings and property management from roughly 40 branches across London and Surrey, plus mortgage broking through its Alexander Hall subsidiary. It publishes **no API**. There is no developer portal, no OpenAPI, OData, GraphQL or AsyncAPI contract, no SDK, no webhook catalogue and no partner programme. An agent looking for machine-readable UK property data should start there. Foxtons is a consumer of that layer, not a publisher of it.
