One real-time accounting engine serves as the core system of record across Fund Accounting/ABOR, Investment Accounting/IBOR and Private Markets portfolio accounting, with multi-book views (ABOR, IBOR, GAAP, tax, performance, currency, custom), shadow and contingent NAV, reconciliation, Report Studio and AI-driven anomaly detection. Founded 2018; New York HQ with offices in Dedham MA, Tel Aviv and London; backed by Citi, State Street, Key1 Capital, Blumberg Capital, Euclidean Capital, Hamilton Lane, LionBird and Team8. ## Important for agents - FundGuard does **not** publish a public developer portal, API reference, OpenAPI/Swagger document, AsyncAPI document, GraphQL schema, SDK or CLI. As of 2026-08-01 no machine-readable contract for the investment accounting platform exists at any publicly reachable FundGuard host. - The product is delivered as tenant-scoped deployments on Microsoft Azure (East US) and AWS. Tenant hosts appear only in certificate transparency logs and do not resolve on the public internet. - The customer knowledge base at https://kb.fundguard.com/knowledge is behind a HubSpot membership login. Anonymous requests get a login wall. - Integration and API access are obtained commercially — start at https://www.fundguard.com/request-a-demo/ or https://www.fundguard.com/contact-us/. - FundGuard displays the OpenAPI Initiative logo in its industry-certifications row.
