      almost entirely by the Ghent University Library. The Academic Bibliography
      (biblio.ugent.be) is the strongest asset: a documented REST search API plus
      live OAI-PMH, SRU and unAPI endpoints and daily ODbL data dumps, all
      verified returning HTTP 200 with valid responses. The library catalog
      (lib.ugent.be) documents OAI-PMH, SRU, IIIF and OpenSearch interfaces. The
      community Zeus WPI Hydra Resto API is live and well documented but is a
      student-org project, not an official service. No centralized institutional
      developer portal or gateway with sign-up/keys was found. All URLs below
      were probed live; nothing was fabricated. lib.ugent.be/en/info/open and
      lib.ugent.be/en/info/exports returned 404 and were excluded as endpoints.
