> Glooko is a diabetes and cardiometabolic data management platform that unifies data from 200+ diabetes and health monitoring devices (glucose meters, CGMs, insulin pumps and pens) into one view for patients and care teams. It streamlines clinical workflows, powers remote patient monitoring and population analytics, and integrates with major EHRs via SMART on FHIR. Glooko offers a partner-gated API and EHR integration program for device makers, pharma, health systems, and digital health partners. No public self-serve OpenAPI is published.
