# GroupMe

> GroupMe is a group messaging app (owned by Microsoft) with a public developer API — GroupMe API v3 — for reading and sending group and direct messages, managing groups and memberships, building bots, liking messages, and receiving realtime events over a Bayeux push service and bot webhook callbacks.
