HealthTap publishes **no public API** as of 2026-08-04. There is no OpenAPI or Swagger
document, no GraphQL endpoint, no AsyncAPI or webhook catalog, no MCP server, and no A2A agent
card on any HealthTap host. Its 2016 developer platform, **HealthTap Cloud**
(developers.healthtap.com), is retired — the hostname no longer resolves in DNS, and
docs.healthtap.com still 301-redirects every path to that dead host. Partner data exchange runs
through contracted integrations (Commure for EHR and care coordination, Health Gorilla for
FHIR-based clinical records), under those partners' APIs rather than HealthTap's.

The healthtap.com edge (Cloudflare) returns HTTP 403 to every non-browser client, so automated
agents cannot read the public site either.
