## What Heva Does

Heva enables:
- Discovery of healthcare practices and specialists by specialty and location
- Online appointment booking with deposit-based confirmation
- AI-powered booking assistant (Heva AI) for conversational scheduling
- Online store checkout for purchasing healthcare services and procedures
- Secure payments via Stripe integration

## Practice Profiles

Each practice on Heva has a public profile at `/practice/{unitId}` containing:
- Practice name, description, specialties, and specialty categories
- Location (address, coordinates, embedded map)
- Contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Working hours by day
- Practice image
- Patient instructions and announcements
- Testimonials and ratings

## Store Pages

Each practice can have a store at `/practice/{unitId}/store` listing available services
with pricing, allowing patients to add procedures to a cart and pay online.

## Languages

Heva supports English (primary) and Spanish. Practice pages serve both languages
via locale detection — same URL, UI switches based on user preference.

## Technology

Built with Next.js 15 App Router. Practice pages are server-side rendered for
full indexability. Private routes remain client-side only.
