# HookBridge Docs > HookBridge is a webhook delivery service that handles signing, queuing, retries, rate limiting, and observability so developers don't have to build webhook infrastructure themselves. These docs cover Outbound (sending webhooks to your customers), Inbound (receiving webhooks from third-party providers), and Pull (polling for queued events), plus the CLI and SDKs for Node, Python, Go, Ruby, and PHP. The HMAC-SHA256 signing scheme, two-tier exponential-backoff retry behavior, dead-letter queues, idempotency model, and rate-limiting semantics are all documented in the per-mode guides below. The full HTTP API is documented under API Reference, generated from the OpenAPI spec. ## Getting Started - [Introduction](https://docs.hookbridge.io/getting-started/introduction/): What HookBridge is, who it's for, and how the three delivery modes fit together - [Send Webhooks Quickstart](https://docs.hookbridge.io/getting-started/send-webhooks/): Create an outbound endpoint and deliver your first signed webhook - [Receive Webhooks Quickstart](https://docs.hookbridge.io/getting-started/receive-webhooks/): Create an inbound endpoint and forward verified webhooks to your service - [Local Development](https://docs.hookbridge.io/getting-started/local-development/): Use the CLI to tunnel webhooks to localhost ## Outbound (Sending Webhooks) - [Outbound Overview](https://docs.hookbridge.io/guides/outbound/overview/): Concepts, endpoint model, and delivery flow -
