# Kimola

> Kimola turns customer feedback into market research. Its platform tracks feedback from social media, reviews, and uploads; analyzes it with AI to detect themes, sentiment, and patterns across 30+ languages; and generates insights such as executive summaries, customer personas, pain points, and journey maps. The public Kimola API exposes presets, reports, feeds, query consumption, and the Cognitive text-classification models.

- HTTP Bearer token: `Authorization: Bearer <apiKey>`. API key obtained from the Kimola dashboard Account menu (Models page for the Cognitive API).
