## What Kos handles

- Invoices: pay applications and vendor invoices reconciled line-by-line against GMP contracts; catches missing backup, overbills and calculation errors; emails commentary, answers questions over chat, uploads to the ERP.
- Purchase orders: generates, routes and closes out POs by operating the customer's ERP, asking clarifying questions over Slack, email or call.
- Customer-taught workflows: utilities billing, ERP automation, draw requests, month-end close — taught over screenshare and then run inside those rails.

## Integration surface

- No public API, developer portal, SDK, CLI or webhook surface is published as of 2026-07-19.
- Kos integrates by operating the customer's existing software (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Google Drive, the customer's ERP) under its own identity and audit log, rather than by exposing an API.
