# Kouper Health

> Kouper Health builds an AI-agent orchestration layer for healthcare care navigation, deployed on top of a provider organization's existing EHR. Three named agents cover the patient journey: PRIMUS (patient access and inbound coordination), ARCHIE (inpatient and post-acute navigation), and CURA (ongoing care coordination and management). Customers are health systems, specialty and independent provider groups, clinically integrated networks, risk-bearing entities, and payers.

Kouper emerged from stealth in May 2025 with a $10M seed round led by General Catalyst, with 25Madison and CVS Health Ventures participating. The company operates out of New York, San Francisco, and Nashville.

**API status:** Kouper Health publishes no public developer portal, API documentation, API reference, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI specification, SDKs, CLI, or MCP server as of 2026-07-19. The product is delivered as a managed EHR-integrated service rather than a self-serve API. There is no public sandbox, status page, changelog, or trust center. Integration is arranged directly with the company.
