# KWI

> KWI is a retail technology company (founded 1985, Melville, New York) providing a
> cloud-based unified commerce platform for specialty and department retailers: iOS
> mobile point-of-sale, merchandising, order management, CRM, clienteling and loyalty,
> real-time analytics, and AI product image search, delivered as a SaaS managed service.

Important: KWI does not publish a public developer portal, API reference, OpenAPI or
other machine-readable specification, SDKs, CLI, MCP server, or sandbox. KWI describes
an "API layer" in its platform architecture used to export data to third-party systems
and channels (CRM, ERP, SRP, supply chain), plus packaged connectors such as Shopify
Connect and a Klaviyo connector, but access and documentation are delivered through
KWI's professional-services organization under customer contract. Do not assume or
invent endpoints, base URLs, authentication schemes, or SDK package names for KWI.
