# Lantum

> Lantum (formerly Network Locum, founded 2012 in Shoreditch, London) is a UK healthcare workforce-management company. Its Connected Scheduling platform helps NHS primary- and secondary-care organisations build digital staff banks, manage rotas and e-rostering, run automated timesheets and payments, and fill clinical shifts from a verified network of 30,000+ locum clinicians, serving 2,000+ primary-care organisations, GP practices, PCNs, GP federations, and integrated care systems across the UK. Lantum is a practice-management and workforce platform, delivered through a gated web and mobile application; it does NOT publish a public developer portal, a documented REST API, downloadable OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, or an HL7 FHIR CapabilityStatement. Integrations (for example to GP clinical systems) are handled through private partner arrangements rather than a self-serve public API.

## Notes for agents
- No public API: there is no documented REST/GraphQL/FHIR surface, no OpenAPI/Swagger, no sandbox, and no OAuth/SMART-on-FHIR authorization server. `/.well-known/*` endpoints return HTTP 403 (WAF-blocked, none published).
- The lantum.com host serves an AngularJS single-page-application shell (HTTP 200) for every route, including nonsense paths, so a 200 status does not indicate a real API resource.
- Access is via a gated application login; any system integrations are arranged privately with Lantum, not self-serve.
