# Latent (Latent Health)

> Enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform for health systems, powered by a clinical agentic engine that reads the chart, reasons over payer policy and drug labels, and acts inside the EHR. Latent automates prior authorization, appeals, 340B eligibility, and patient medication access. Latent does NOT publish a public developer API, documentation, SDKs, or a sandbox — its integration surface is delivered EHR-natively (Epic, Cerner and others) under health-system contracts.
