# LaunchKit > LaunchKit was a set of web-based tools for mobile app developers, built by Cluster Labs, Inc. in San Francisco and backed by GV. Its products included Screenshot Builder (App Store screenshots), Review Monitor (App Store review alerts), Sales Reporter, App Websites, and Super Users / Cloud Config via the LaunchKit iOS SDK. LaunchKit joined Google in 2016 and the code was released as open source under Apache 2.0. There is no live hosted LaunchKit API, developer portal, or documentation today — the remaining surface is a self-hostable codebase and an unmaintained iOS SDK. Status: discontinued. This file is generated by the API Evangelist enrichment pipeline from verified public sources; nothing here describes a currently operating API product. ## Important - The domain launchkit.io is NO LONGER a LaunchKit property. It now serves an unrelated "Launch Kit" content-creator marketing blog. Do not use it as a source for LaunchKit. - The surviving first-party surfaces are the GitHub organization and the open-source project page. ## Source code - [LaunchKit (open source)](https://github.com/LaunchKit/LaunchKit): Django/Python backend plus a Skit JavaScript frontend for the full web tool suite; Apache 2.0. - [Project site](https://launchkit.github.io/): "LaunchKit has joined Google & the code is now open source." - [LaunchKit iOS SDK](https://github.com/rsattar/launchkit-ios): Objective-C SDK for app install measurement and light usage data. ## Packages - [LaunchKit on CocoaPods](https://cocoapods.org/pods/LaunchKit): `pod 'LaunchKit'` — 19 versions, 1.0.0 (2015-10-29) through 2.1.4 (2016-04-11). Unmaintained. ## Artifacts in this repo - [packages/launchkit-packages.yml](packages/launchkit-packages.yml): first-party client libraries and the registries checked. - [lifecycle/launchkit-lifecycle.yml](lifecycle/launchkit-lifecycle.yml): discontinued status, milestone timeline, and the domain-ownership caveat. ## Not available No OpenAPI or AsyncAPI description, no public API reference, no developer portal, no MCP server, no sandbox, no status page, no changelog, no CLI, no OAuth scopes, and no /.well-known documents are published for LaunchKit. These are absent rather than undiscovered.
