# Leadping

> Leadping protects phone-number health as lead volume grows by selecting eligible senders, reserving SMS and call capacity, pacing traffic, and enforcing communication guardrails.

Leadping is the traffic-control layer for lead communication. It works beside a CRM, automation system, and telecom provider to decide whether, when, and from which number a text or call should move while keeping the resulting conversation and decision history visible. ## Billing Policy Summary

Purchased prepaid usage credits expire 12 months after purchase, have no cash value, are not deposits, gift cards, escrow, or stored-value accounts, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are only usable for eligible Leadping services and are not transferable unless Leadping expressly allows it. Carrier, registration, telecom, phone-number, domain/website, pass-through, subscription, and consumed usage charges may follow separate refund rules and are generally non-refundable after submission, provisioning, or use. Unauthorized charges or suspected account compromise should be reported to support for review.
