## Things an agent should know before calling

- Prices in the agent card are stale; price from GET /api/catalog.
- There is no refund, cancel or void operation and no stated window; the only recourse is POST /api/ap2/dispute.
- Deals >= USD 100 are held for a Strategist review before sign/execute.
- Buyer DIDs are never returned; reads carry buyer_did_hash.
- Operator routes (emergency, config, scout, sentinel, settlement, etc.) are published in the same spec but are not a buyer surface.
