- The A2A message/send call and roughly a third of the doorman routes (agents, health, session-start, search, seq, trace lookup, primer, digest, topics) were failing on the service's own backends: a GitHub token the Worker uses to read the trace repository is rejected ("GitHub API error: 401 Bad credentials") and the memory layer answers "memory not available". a2aregistry.org records the same InternalError on message/send (task_conformance INTERNAL, failed, 2026-09-20) while still reporting the endpoint reachable (uptime 97.96%).
- The network has been in dormancy mode since 2026-04-13 (GET /doorman/dormancy: auto_triggered by 48 h operator absence); citation velocity is 0 over the trailing 30 days; the provider's own A2A bridge log last records a skill call on 2026-06-27.
