# OJO Labs

> OJO Labs is an Austin, Texas real estate technology company (founded 2015) that operates
> the Movoto consumer real estate search portal and the OJO homeownership platform for
> buyers, sellers and homeowners, monetized through an agent referral network. OJO acquired
> Movoto in 2020 and The LEAD Syndicate in 2024, and was acquired by mortgage lender Lower
> in May 2025. OJO Labs publishes NO public API, developer portal, SDK, or machine-readable
> contract of any kind.

## APIs

- No public API. As of 2026-08-26 OJO Labs publishes no developer program, no API
  reference, no OpenAPI/AsyncAPI/GraphQL contract, no MCP server and no A2A agent card.
  Lead delivery into agent CRMs (Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Sierra Interactive, Chime and
  others) is handled through email parsing and third-party middleware, not a documented
  partner API. Movoto's internal /api/ and /webservices/ paths are application XHR
  endpoints that robots.txt disallows for all crawlers; they are not a published product.
