# ONE ZERO Digital Bank

## Status of the public API surface

- ONE ZERO publishes an **Open Banking APIs** developer landing page at
  https://www.onezerobank.com/lp/one_zero_dev_portal/
- No OpenAPI, Swagger, AsyncAPI, GraphQL SDL, MCP server, A2A agent card, `llms.txt`,
  `security.txt` or any other `/.well-known/` document could be retrieved from
  `www.onezerobank.com` on 2026-08-26. Every request - including a random control path -
  answered HTTP 403 with `cf-mitigated: challenge`, so their presence or absence is
  **unknown**, not disproven.
- Israel's Financial Information Service Law, 5781-2021 governs access to Israeli bank
  account APIs: consumption is licensed to registered financial information service
  providers, not offered as open self-serve developer signup.
- There is no ONE ZERO GitHub organization (`github.com/onezerobank`, `one-zero-bank`,
  `onezero-bank` all 404) and no first-party client library on npm or PyPI.
