# OTO API V2

> OTO is a multi-carrier shipping and fulfillment platform for e-commerce. The OTO REST API (base https://api.tryoto.com/rest/v2) manages orders, shipments, returns, tracking, carrier integration across 450+ carriers, shipping rates, pickup locations, products, stock, and webhooks. Auth is a bearer access_token minted from a dashboard refresh_token via POST /refreshToken (1h TTL). A staging host (https://staging-api.tryoto.com/rest/v2) is available for testing.
