# Patients Know Best

> Patients Know Best (PKB) operates the world's largest personal health record, with 7M+ registered patients across the NHS. Its HL7 FHIR STU3 (3.0.2) "Facade" API, conforming to NHS CareConnect profiles and secured with OAuth 2.0 client credentials, exposes patient demographics, documents, observations, appointments, consent, questionnaires and read receipts to integration partners.
