[Amazon Web Services](http://aws.typepad.com) has launched [mobile software development kits (SDK) for Google's Android and Apple's iOS](http://aws.typepad.com/aws/2010/12/new-aws-sdks-for-mobile-development.html) operating systems (iPhones, iPads, and the iPod Touch).

The [AWS SDK for Android](http://aws.amazon.com/sdkforandroid) and the [AWS SDK for iOS](http://aws.amazon.com/sdkforios) provide developers access to the following APIs:

*   Amazon S3
*   Amazon SimpleDB
*   Amazon SQS
*   Amazon SNS

The Software Development Kits contain libraries, full documentation and sample code and are available for [download on GitHub](https://github.com/amazonwebservices/).
