The first weekly API Evangelist API Governance Conversation was a success--[you can tune into the discussion on Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHXAPgJiHZ0&list=PL5x2w5x0IRnHzljjSmPApbhBHgp3NeTdM&ab_channel=KinLane%2CTheAPIEvangelist), but for this week I wanted to introduce a little more structure, while keeping the conversation going. I would like to keep the free public accessibility of the gathering while breaking the conversation down into four separate ten minute slots, with a twenty minute buffer for going over. Here is the current agenda I am proposing, but last week’s guests have also chimed in as well, with the final topic to be determind shortly.

- **API Governance Rules** - Putting the spotlight on Spectral, Vacuum, Redcoly, and APIMATIC rules.
- **API Governance CI/CD Pipeline Enforcement** - Considerations when enforcing rules in your pipelines.
- **API Governance Observability** - How do you see, measure, and coordinate around API governance.
- **????????????????????** - One slot currently open, but has one potential guest speaker to fill in with a relevant topic.

This will be the weekly format, but we’ll rotate through different topics presented by API Evangelist, as well as topics presented by the community. Each segment will be 10 minutes, with 3-5 being the pitch, and the remaining time being a conversation. I will be presenting some of them, but also playing time keeper to help time box topics and keep focused. Each of the weekly conversations will be recorded and published to YouTube, and then we’ll also explore other ways of utilizing the conversations and discussion here on the blog and other social channels.
