As AI moves into operations, the line between &ldquo;a thing a person knows how to do&rdquo; and &ldquo;a thing a system can do&rdquo; is blurring, and I help you plan for that shift deliberately rather than reactively.</p>
        <p class="mb-3">The point is to know your capabilities well enough to grow them on purpose, rather than discovering the gaps in the middle of an outage.</p>
