# Reonic

> Reonic is an AI-powered operating system for renewable-energy installers, covering the full workflow for selling and installing photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, EV chargers, and battery storage — from lead capture through 3D roof planning, simulation, quoting with digital signature, project management, and installation documentation. The Reonic REST API v3 provides programmatic access to contacts, residential and commercial projects, tasks, files, components, planning templates, webhooks, and more.

## Notes

- Rate limits: 500/min cached GET, 30/min uncached (all POST); `X-RateLimit-*` headers, `Retry-After` on 429.
- Webhooks: 17 event types delivered as signed HTTPS POST (HMAC SHA-256, `X-Reonic-Signature`); dedupe on `X-Reonic-Event-Id`.
- API v2 is deprecated and shuts down from 1 Oct 2026.
