# Scout RFP (Workday Strategic Sourcing)

> Strategic sourcing and supplier engagement platform (founded 2014, acquired by Workday 2019, now Workday Strategic Sourcing). Its public developer platform exposes a JSON:API REST API across eleven versioned services plus a SCIM 2.0 user-provisioning API. Auth is company API key + per-user personal token; all calls HTTPS/JSON:API, cursor paginated, rate limited to 5 requests/second. Legacy v3 on api.scoutrfp.com was sunset 2025-04-18 in favor of api.us.workdayspend.com (with EU and CA regional hosts).
