# Silvr

> Silvr (Silvr Groupe SAS, Neuilly-sur-Seine, France) was a French fintech that brought Revenue Based Financing to Europe and later offered flexible business loans of EUR 5,000 to EUR 10,000,000 to French SMEs — receivables advances, inventory financing, equipment financing and working capital — underwritten by its own Silvr Analytics scoring model. Silvr declared cessation of payments in June 2025; on 2 December 2025 the Nanterre court awarded Karmen the takeover of all Silvr assets except the non-performing loan portfolio. silvr.co remains online as a marketing and case-study archive and redirects applications and logins to app.karmen.io.

## Status

- Operating status: absorbed. Assets acquired by Karmen (announced 2 December 2025); applications and logins redirect to app.karmen.io.
- API surface: none published. No developer portal, no API reference, no OpenAPI/AsyncAPI/GraphQL/Postman artifact, no SDK on any public registry, no GitHub organization.
- Successor: Karmen (https://www.karmen.io/). Karmen's API is Karmen's own product and is NOT catalogued under this Silvr profile.
