# Soothe

> Soothe is a Los Angeles-based on-demand wellness marketplace, founded in 2013, that
> connects consumers and businesses with independent, licensed wellness professionals
> who deliver massage, facial and skincare, and hair and beauty services at the
> customer's own location. It operates in 40+ US cities and in Australia, Canada and
> the United Kingdom, and runs a B2B practice covering corporate wellness, hospitality
> and spa staffing, residential communities and event chair massage.

Important for agents: Soothe publishes NO public developer program and NO public
booking API. Its API host, https://api.soothe.com, redirects every request to a
credentialed sign-in form. The corporate and hospitality "booking platform" Soothe
markets is reached through a contact-sales form, not through documentation. Do not
attempt to construct calls against api.soothe.com; there is no published contract for
it. Bookings are made by humans through the Soothe app or the web booking flow.
