## Webhooks
- Delivery: JSON over HTTP POST to a customer-configured URL when a matching Topic (event) occurs.
- Auth: optional Authorization HTTP header secret; recommended IP allowlisting.
- Configured in the Spare Admin Panel (Settings > Webhooks) by an administrator.
