# Sprinter Health > Sprinter Health is an in-home preventive and diagnostic healthcare company that pairs trained community health workers ("Sprinters") who visit patients at home with a virtual team of physicians, nurses, and care navigators. Its hybrid Sprinter Care+ model delivers vitals, blood draws, ECGs, cancer and diabetic screenings, wellness visits, medication reconciliation, care-gap closure, health risk assessments, and social-needs screening for health plans including Humana, Molina Healthcare, Anthem, Wellcare, Oscar, Fidelis Care, and Alignment Health. Sprinter Health publishes **no public API, SDK, webhook surface, or developer program.** Every contract-discovery probe run on 2026-08-15 missed (see the note at the bottom of this file). This document exists so an agent asking "how do I integrate with Sprinter Health?" gets the correct answer — you cannot, programmatically, today — rather than a hallucinated endpoint. ## Company - [Sprinter Health](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/): Company website. - [About](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/about): Company background and leadership. - [Partners](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/partners): Health-plan partner offering. Describes routing encounter summaries to attributed PCPs, follow-up scheduling, and generation of CPT II coded claims and supplemental data — but names no API, FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR or SFTP integration surface. - [Patients](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/patients): Patient-facing service description. - [News](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/news): Company newsroom. - [Contact](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/contact): Partnership and demo inquiries — the only intake path for an integration conversation. - [Careers](https://careers.sprinterhealth.com/): Job board. ## Applications - [Sprinter Health app](https://app.sprinterhealth.com/): Patient and clinician single-page application. Login-gated; not a developer surface. Its server answers HTTP 200 with the same HTML shell for every path, including `/openapi.yaml`, `/graphql`, `/api-docs` and every `/.well-known/*` path — none of those are real documents. ## Trust, security and legal - [Trust Center](https://trust.sprinterhealth.com/): Vanta-hosted trust center. Content is client-side rendered and its backing API is request-signed, so no certification list is machine-readable. - [Privacy Policy](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/privacy-policy) - [Notice of Privacy Practices](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/notice-of-privacy-practices) - [Terms of Use](https://www.sprinterhealth.com/terms-of-use) ## API Evangelist artifacts - [apis.yml](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/sprinter-health/refs/heads/main/apis.yml): APIs.json 0.20 profile for Sprinter Health. - [Domain security probe](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/sprinter-health/refs/heads/main/security/sprinter-health-domain-security.yml): TLS/HSTS/DNSSEC/SPF/DMARC posture. - [Trust center probe](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/sprinter-health/refs/heads/main/security/sprinter-health-trust-center.yml) - [Well-known probe](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/sprinter-health/refs/heads/main/well-known/sprinter-health-well-known.yml): Recorded absence of every `/.well-known/` discovery document. ## Optional Contract discovery performed 2026-08-15, all misses: - `www.sprinterhealth.com` — `/openapi.json`, `/openapi.yaml`, `/swagger.json`, `/v1/openapi.json`, `/api-docs`, `/llms.txt`, `/graphql`, `/developers`, `/developer`, `/api`, `/docs`: all HTTP 404. - `app.sprinterhealth.com` — SPA catch-all; every 200 is the same HTML shell, no spec, and `POST /graphql` returns the HTML shell rather than a GraphQL response. - `api.` / `docs.` / `developer.` / `developers.` / `my.sprinterhealth.com` — no DNS record. - No GitHub organization (`sprinterhealth`, `sprinter-health`, `SprinterHealth` all 404 on the GitHub API). - No package on npm or PyPI. - No A2A agent card at `/.well-known/agent-card.json` or `/.well-known/agent.json` on any host. Generated by the API Evangelist enrichment pipeline from apis.yml and the repo's probe artifacts. Sprinter Health does not publish an llms.txt of its own.
