    Three defects the submitter reported in that issue are fixed here rather than merely withdrawn:
    the record carried TWO duplicate API entries for one gateway, duplicate maintainers, and a
    baseURL pointing at the marketing site when the description itself states the base URL is
    contract-issued. baseURL is now absent, which is the honest representation of a contract-gated
    endpoint. The submitter's corrected description was used, minus its closing call to action.
