# Stellar Sleep > Stellar Sleep (Y Combinator S23, backed by Initialized Capital) is a mobile app that helps people with chronic insomnia sleep better using psychology — a personalized program based on CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), the first-line, medication-free treatment recommended by sleep experts. Available for iOS and Android; published by Merlin Collective, LLC. Stellar Sleep began at Harvard Innovation Labs in 2021 and launched publicly through Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch. It is a consumer digital-health product: there is no public developer portal, API, SDK, or MCP server. Clinicians and employers can partner with Stellar Sleep through dedicated programs; integrations with clinical systems are handled by the Stellar Sleep team case by case rather than through a self-serve API. ## Product - [Stellar Sleep](https://stellarsleep.com/): CBT-I insomnia app — learn to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. - [Free sleep quiz](https://lp.stellarsleep.com/): onboarding quiz that personalizes the program (sign-up funnel). - [iOS app](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stellar-sleep-insomnia-cbt/id1602312365): Stellar Sleep: Insomnia CBT on the App Store. - [Android app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=one.slumber.client): Stellar Sleep - Insomnia CBT on Google Play. - [Science](https://stellarsleep.com/science.html): the CBT-I evidence base behind the program. - [Mission](https://stellarsleep.com/mission.html): company background and mission. ## Programs - [For Clinicians](https://stellarsleep.com/for-clinicians.html): patient support tools, sleep-pattern monitoring, outcome analytics; system integration arranged with the Stellar Sleep team. - [For Employers](https://stellarsleep.com/employers.html): Stellar Sleep as an employee sleep-health benefit. ## Resources - [Blog](https://stellarsleep.com/blog): insomnia and sleep-health articles. - [Understanding insomnia](https://stellarsleep.com/blog/understanding-insomnia) - [How does CBT-I work?](https://stellarsleep.com/blog/how-does-cbt-i-work) - [Help Center](https://support.stellarsleep.com/portal/en/kb/stellar-sleep): knowledge base and support portal. ## Company - [GitHub organization](https://github.com/stellarsleep): public org (Flutter plugin tooling; no API client libraries). - [Y Combinator profile](https://www.ycombinator.com/companies/stellar-sleep) - [Terms of Use](https://stellarsleep.com/terms) - [Privacy Policy](https://stellarsleep.com/privacy)
