## Operations

- listTimezones: `GET /timezone` - JSON array of all valid IANA timezone strings.
- getTimeByTimezone: `GET /timezone/{area}/{location}` - current time object for a timezone (e.g. Europe/London).
- getTimeByRequesterIp: `GET /ip` - current time auto-detected from the caller's public IP.
- getTimeBySpecificIp: `GET /ip/{ip}` - current time resolved from a given IPv4/IPv6 address.

## Errors

Flat JSON envelope `{"error": "<message>"}` on 4xx (e.g. 400 "Invalid IP address format").
Not RFC 9457. Unknown timezone returns an HTML 404 page.

## Conventions

- Auth: none (keyless, HTTPS, CORS enabled).
- Idempotency: all GET, safe/idempotent by nature.
- Pagination: none (full timezone list returned in one array).
- Rate limiting: no RateLimit/Retry-After headers observed.
