# TraceAir > TraceAir is a construction site intelligence platform for homebuilders and land developers. It combines drone photogrammetry and LiDAR scans with cloud analytics to track sitework progress, verify earthwork quantities (cut/fill), generate lot layouts and yield estimates, and document construction with 360-degree interior scans — from land acquisition through vertical construction and handover. TraceAir publishes no public developer portal, API documentation, or client SDKs as of 2026-07-21.
