# TreasurySpring > TreasurySpring is a digital platform for institutional cash management. Its Public API (OpenAPI 3.1) gives an authorised user programmatic access to their entities, cells, obligor exposures, indications, subscriptions, holdings, tasks and a normalised event stream — the full Fixed Term Fund (FTF) lifecycle from subscription to live holding. A published, read-only MCP server exposes the same investment data to AI agents. ## APIs - [TreasurySpring Public API (docs)](https://docs.treasuryspring.com/): Guides + API reference, OAuth 2.0, sandbox and an embedded API explorer. - [API reference](https://docs.treasuryspring.com/api-reference): Endpoint reference generated from the OpenAPI 3.1 schema. - [OpenAPI 3.1 schema](https://docs.treasuryspring.com/swagger.json): Machine-readable spec, 25 paths / 31 operations / 60 schemas. - Production base URL: `https://api.treasuryspring.com/api/v1` - Sandbox base URL: `https://api.sandbox.treasuryspring.com/api/v1` ## Core endpoints - `POST /oauth/token`: Exchange client credentials (HTTP Basic client_id:client_secret) for a Bearer access token. - `GET /entity`, `GET /entity/{code}`: The organisations your API user can act on behalf of. - `GET /indication/{code}`, `GET /indication/{code}/{uid}`: Available investment opportunities (FTFs). - `POST /validate`, `POST /subscribe`: Validate then submit a subscription request into an FTF. - `GET /subscription`, `GET /subscription/{entity_code}/{uid}`: Track subscriptions until a holdingUid is issued. - `GET /holding`, `GET /holding/{entity_code}/{holding_uid}`: Live investment records (source of truth). - `GET /event`, event checkpoints: Cursor-based stream of normalised events for integration and reconciliation. - `POST /webhook`, `DELETE /webhook`: Register/deregister a callback URL for event notifications. - `GET /health`: Health check. ## Agents - [MCP server](https://api.treasuryspring.com/api/v1/mcp): Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.0 authorization-code + PKCE (Auth0), Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591). 14 read-only tools (get_entities, get_holdings, get_indications, get_subscriptions, get_cells, get_obligor_exposure, ...). ## Docs - [Guides](https://docs.treasuryspring.com/): Getting started and workflow guides ("from subscription to holding in five calls"). - [FTF lifecycle](https://docs.treasuryspring.com/): How subscriptions become live holdings (Fixed vs Extendable). - [Status page](https://status.treasuryspring.com/) - [Terms of Use](https://treasuryspring.com/terms-of-use/) - [Privacy Policy](https://treasuryspring.com/privacy-policy) - [Insights (blog)](https://treasuryspring.com/insights) - Support: api-support@treasuryspring.com ## Repo artifacts - OpenAPI: openapi/treasuryspring-openapi-original.json - Authentication: authentication/treasuryspring-authentication.yml - MCP server: mcp/treasuryspring-mcp.yml - Conventions: conventions/treasuryspring-conventions.yml - Errors: errors/treasuryspring-problem-types.yml - Lifecycle: lifecycle/treasuryspring-lifecycle.yml - Webhooks/events: asyncapi/treasuryspring-events-webhooks.yml - Data model: data-model/treasuryspring-data-model.yml - Agent skills: skills/_index.yml
