      Leeds has no central self-service developer portal. The clearest public,
      machine-readable API is the EPrints Research Data Leeds Repository OAI-PMH
      2.0 endpoint, which I verified live (Identify and ListMetadataFormats both
      returned HTTP 200). Libraries' Cultural Collections are IIIF-enabled via a
      Digirati-built stack, but manifests are discovered per catalogue record and
      no developer reference or fixed manifest base URL is published. Library
      discovery runs on Ex Libris Alma/Primo whose APIs are vendor-gated and
      undocumented by Leeds. A real GitHub org (uol-library, 22 repos) and the
      official LinkedIn school page were confirmed. data.leeds.ac.uk is a
      third-party data consultancy (not the university open-data portal) and
      returned 403 to automated requests; the old id.leeds.ac.uk linked-data site
      now 301-redirects away. No endpoints were fabricated.
